Each seller receives an independent portal to manage their store and their orders on mobile and PC. The market operator gets a separate portal to oversee the activity and manage it.
Customers that open the app can roam the market stores virtually and place their orders, including card payment and delivery details.
The platform supports direct payment from the customer to the seller or single payment to the market. Also, there’s support for self-pick-up and / or home delivery. The Farmer team provides technical support and integration to the market. The market operator is responsible for the marketing of the app to its customers, registering the sellers and providing customer service.
Delivery service can be done by the market or by a 3rd party.
